Kakulas Legal Injury Lawyers was established in 1957. Its founders are Bart Kakulas retired QC, and Theo Kakulas. The firm is now headed by Peter B. Kakulas, Bart’s son. Peter, a UWA law graduate, commenced his career at Freehills and has been specializing in Injury Law for close to 30 years.
Kakulas Legal is comprised of a small team who has chosen to be plaintiff injury lawyers and is passionate about fighting for justice and ensuring our clients are fairly compensated. Our legal team comprises of senior lawyers, lawyers and legal assistants.
We have a fantastic mix of people who are dedicated to helping clients and are respectful of one another. We have an open door policy.
